Chris graduated with honors from Columbia University with a degree in American Literature and History and has worked full-time as a college admissions counselor for the past decade. He prides himself in taking a compassionate and empathetic approach to counseling, crafting his guidance to meet each student’s personal needs as well as their academic and professional aspirations. He has dedicated himself to guiding students navigating the complex landscape of college admissions, and his focus has been particularly directed towards supporting Chinese families in their pursuit of admissions to Ivy League and top 20 universities. His clients from the past three years were admitted to Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Stanford, MIT, Oxford, Columbia, UChicago, Penn Wharton, Caltech, NYU Stern, Northwestern, etc. Chris derives great satisfaction in helping students reflect on their past experiences and achievements and channeling those reflections towards a more deeply considered vision for their future contributions to society.
